Completed: SLMS. Phased progress: ADS screen/projector installed with sound pending; RCS audio installed with stage screen/projector pending. Remaining rollout should be refined by site readiness and priority.
Continue Crosswalk expansion, parent access planning, SafeWalkTracker development and 2026–2027 expected use, and the consolidated InformaCast bus-arrival/speaker-display workflow.
Door contact sensors, access-control completion for remaining exterior doors, and the RCS intercom system upgrade are planned as COPS grant candidates. Funding is competitive and not guaranteed.
Plan as a COPS grant-dependent student safety and wellness project requested by the middle schools, starting with SLMS and SWJH, then elementary schools if approved.
Plan food-service freezer/refrigerator monitoring district-wide with all available alert channels.
Continue building visibility, accountability, dashboards, documentation, and AI-assisted operational intelligence.
